The producers of vegetables and fruits in the Marghita area will be helped by this project to present and sell their goods locally. The resident farmers were delighted with the initiatives contained in the project, which, they say, would produce great support for small producers. The agricultural market in Marghita will be modernized as part of the ROHU-359 Project "Promoting an integrated approach to improving the employment rate and business development at the level of the Marghita and Berettyóújfalu micro-regions". Agricultural producers in the area will have optimal conditions for selling products , and the inhabitants of the city of Marghita will have access to fresh agricultural products. This will be possible after the construction of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Agricultural and Agri-Food Training in Marghita. In parallel, the inhabitants of the city will be encouraged to consume fresh vegetables and fruits from local producers. Fruits and vegetables are high in fiber, as well as vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and plant compounds. Fruits and vegetables are also naturally low in sodium and fat. Because of their sweet taste, fruits tend to have a higher in natural sugar and calories compared to most types of vegetables. Fruits and vegetables maintain the proper functioning of the body and help protect health.
