Eggs are an almost perfect food. They are nutritious and versatile, they can be eaten as they are for breakfast, lunch or dinner and they are also indispensable for almost everything that involves baking. Chicken eggs are the most popular eggs eaten. Egg remains a food product of high nutritional quality for adults, including the elderly and children, and is widely consumed throughout the world. In parallel, there is compelling evidence that the egg also contains many yet unexplored bioactive compounds that may be of great interest in disease prevention and cure. Dairy products have been part of the culinary culture of Romanians for thousands of years, and over time various methods of collecting and processing milk have been developed to obtain products such as curd, cream, cheese or yogurt. Dairy products are rich in calcium, protein, vitamin D and other nutrients, which help maintain strong bones and control blood pressure. On the other hand, dairy products made from quality milk from local producers or family farms are richer in nutrients, tastier, more consistent, healthier. The reason is the feeding of animals with grass and hay, the freedom of movement and the environment in which they live. The producers in the area will have optimal conditions for selling their products, and the residents of the city of Marghita will have access to eggs and fresh dairy products. This will be possible after the construction of the Agricultural and Agri-Food Entrepreneurship and Training Center in Marghita.
